Shipping policy
Free UK delivery on orders over £30. Below £30, a flat £3.49.
Fast dispatch. Every order is packed and posted within one working day. Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays go out on the next working day.
Delivery time. Royal Mail Tracked, typically 2–3 working days after dispatch. This is Royal Mail's estimate, not a guarantee.
Where we ship. United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
Tracking. Emailed to you as soon as your parcel is collected.
Missing parcels. Royal Mail doesn't treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due date. If yours hasn't arrived, email riveredgesolutionsltd@gmail.com and we'll chase it — and if it's genuinely lost, we'll replace or refund it. You won't be left out of pocket for something that was our courier's fault.
Wrong address? Email us immediately. If it hasn't been dispatched we'll change it. Once it's gone, we can't.
