Riveredge Solutions is run from Colchester, England. There's no call centre and no warehouse in another time zone. When you order, one of us walks to the shelf, picks it up, packs it and takes it to the post office.
Why we sell such a mixed range
Tech, beauty and toys is an odd combination on paper. The honest reason is simple: these are the things people buy regularly, replace often, and usually overpay for. We'd rather stock a tight range of things that genuinely move than a thousand listings we've never held in our hands.
Everything on this site is stock we own. If it's listed, it exists, and it's here.
What you can expect from us
We post fast. Every order is packed and posted within one working day.
We answer emails. Send a question to riveredgesolutionsltd@gmail.com and you'll get a reply from a person, usually within one working day.
We don't make things up. If something is out of stock, the site says so. If a delivery is running late, we'll tell you rather than hope you don't notice.
