Are your products genuine?
Yes. We buy from UK suppliers and everything arrives factory-sealed. If you want to know exactly where a specific item came from, email us and we'll tell you.
When will my order arrive?
Your order is posted within one working day. Royal Mail Tracked usually takes 2–3 working days after that.
How much is delivery?
Free over £30. Flat £3.49 under that. You'll see it before you pay.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. UK only for now, Northern Ireland and the Islands included.
Can I return something?
Yes — 14 days to change your mind, 30 days if it's faulty. Opened makeup and skincare are the one exception, for hygiene reasons. Full details on our Delivery & Returns page.
Is it safe to pay here?
Yes. Payments are handled by Shopify, one of the largest checkout providers in the world. We never see or store your card details.
Do you have a physical shop?
No — we're online only, run from Colchester.
Something's wrong with my order.
Email riveredgesolutionsltd@gmail.com with your order number and we'll fix it. We're not going to make you fight for it.
Why do you sell tech, makeup and toys?
Because those are the things people buy often and usually overpay for. We keep a tight range of stock we actually hold, rather than thousands of listings we've never touched.
